Primavera Interface

The Primavera interface module allows for synchronization between Primavera schedules and Cleopatra Enterprise estimates, not only saving time, but increasing the efficiency of both applications. Using the Primavera interface module, estimators can instantly create work breakdown structures directly from a Primavera schedule. Likewise, schedulers can automatically transfer budget cost and resources from an estimate to a schedule. Furthermore, the data exchange is completely configurable allowing users to specify what and how data is transferred between the systems.

Kildrummy® CostMANAGER Interface

Once the budget of your project has been estimated, you need to control that budget. A good tool to do this is Kildrummy® CostMANAGER, which is an enterprise wide, project cost control solution. It bridges the gap between corporate accounting and project planning. Cleopatra 4 now comes with a configurable interface to provide a seamless exchange of data, so your complete project life cycle is supported cost-wise.

More than 70 features added

Finally, we have added more than 70 features to our existing modules. Some of the important ones are custom fields, classification structures and combined breakdown structures. Classification structures allow you to classify your projects through hierarchical structures. Classification structures are essential when retrieving historical projects for instance when
doing a validation of your estimate based on historical metrics.

With regression analysis, another new feature, it is now possible to establish a Cost Estimate Relationship (CER) and do a best guess of your cost drivers based on key parameters. We have listened to our users and incorporated many feature requests!
