A group of enthusiastic participants gathered in Dubai the end of April, for the workshop on effective estimating and cost control for Oil & Gas projects.
After the first two workshops were we focused on the Asian region we thought it was time to expand to the Middle East and paid a visit to the exiting city of Dubai.
The attendees traveled from different parts of the country to contribute in the workshop, were topics were interactively discussed about the basic principles of cost engineering, different techniques of factor estimating and cost control.
There were a lot of valuable open discussions and good feedback from our students during the 3-days workshop where there was a healthy mixture of theoretical information and practical exercises.
After we have received good rates and comments from our students Cost Engineering is confident that this workshop contributes to support and further spread their knowledge and expertise to different parts of the world.
