One of Canada’s most reputable nuclear power generation firms has selected Cleopatra Enterprise for their cost estimating purposes. The implementation of Cleopatra Enterprise is part of their organization-wide initiative to significantly improve the quality and efficiency of the estimate development. By using Cleopatra Enterprise, they are going to be ready for several big extension and maintenance projects that will take place over the next couple of decades.

Following a needs analysis workshop, Cost Engineering will be working on the implementation of Cleopatra Enterprise in one of the largest conglomerates in Indonesia. The company operates in businesses such as pulp & paper, real estate, financial services, telecommunications, and mining. We are glad to help them achieve their mega project goals by using our software for their cost estimation and cost management activities.
Scandinavian Roadshow
Over two weeks in September, we will be meeting various companies in Copenhagen, Aalborg, Stockholm, Bergen, and Helsinki to discuss challenges and opportunities in project controls. Our aim is to bring these companies a better understanding of the Total Cost Management approach in order to further improve their project performance.
